Ministry Update

We have received approval to begin teaching at our school. The Bridge English Language School!

We are in the process of enrolling students; classes start October 12th!

Currently I preach at 2 different local churches! My sermon series is on making a Spiritual Impact

In the near future we will be starting The Bridge Church on Sunday evenings. This will be a bilingual service at our home near the college,

We need to begin to renovate the meeting room to be used for church services on Sundays as we have the resources available.

We are very excited with the progress we have been making and enjoy living here.

The college ministry we are participating in is robust and very rewarding, I particularly enjoy Tuesday Bible study with the sophomores!

Update
We have made signofocant progress on their home. We have electricity running to it and have quite a bit done on some construction. The floor is poured and we have 2 rooms about closed in!
Also, we are assisting the kids in their school costs! Thanks to all who have supported so far!
The twins, Pattiay and Pakchira, are in the 7th grade, and their older sister, Thawanrat, is in the 9th grade. Their family is facing some very difficult circumstances. They currently have no electricity or running water, and their home is in poor condition. During the rainy season, the dirt floor becomes especially difficult for the family.
They are friends of one of the students who attends our church, and Pastor Matthew and I are making plans to help this family as much as we can.
Our desire is certainly to help meet some of their immediate needs and help them get back on their feet, but even more importantly, we want them to experience the love of Christ through the actions of His church. Sometimes the clearest way to tell someone that Jesus loves them is simply to show them.
Please add Pattiay, Pakchira, Thawanrat, and their entire family to your prayer list. Pray that God will provide for their needs, give them hope, and allow our church to be a blessing to them during this difficult season.
Please pray that through everything we do, this family will see the love of Jesus.

Village
Outreach
We had the opportunity to help an older man from the same village as the family above. He had no bed and slept under a net with many holes. We were able to get him a bed and a new net to keep the mosquitoes off him.
Currently, we are working on getting him the proper medications for his severe asthma.
It has been a blessing to help him and hs family!
